So many times, I've asked, "Why Lord?"
So many times, I've cried out, "How long Lord?
How many times must my heart be torn all apart?"
Then He showed me a vision in the night time.

And I saw angels picking up the tear drops,
As they fell from the checks of the saints.
Yes, I saw angels, taking them to Jesus,
And there He put them in a bottle of remembrance.

So many tears have fallen, in secret.
So many tears have gone by, unnoticed.
But my Jesus is always mindful of all our sorrows,
He'll pick up the broken pieces of your heart.

For I saw angels, picking up the teardrops,
As they fell from the cheeks of the saints.
Yes, I saw angels, taking them to Jesus,
And there He put them in a bottle of remembrance.
